RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At GET LOST, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged product or if we shipped you the wrong item, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shopgetlost.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item.
